Ever Active Schools is hosting its first ever conference January 14-16, 2010 at the Fantasyland Hotel in Edmonton, Alberta.  The purpose of the conference is to bring together individuals who have a vested interest in the assessment, planning and implementation of Health Promoting Schools.  The focus of this event is to share Promising Practices from around the province and provide opportunities for participants to network, learn, share and revitalize!

Thursday, January 14th: Pre-Conference
2 sessions offered for those working in school health.  This day will initiate sharing promising practices, pooling resources, sustainability, discussions and more!
The ACHSC will also hold their AGMat 4:00 pm.

Friday, January 15th: Large group focus, keynote by David Irvine, concurrent sessions, reverse lunch, skating party, dinner and dance social featuring Silken Laumann.

Saturday, January 16th: Concurrent sessions, reverse lunch, panel/group discussions, large group session
